We ship to most countries across the EU. Delivery times are estimates in business days and begin once your order has been dispatched. Free shipping thresholds apply automatically at checkout.

The delivery times listed above are based on estimates provided by the shipping companies. While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, we kindly ask for your patience in case of any unexpected delays after your package has been dispatched, which is outside of our control.

 

Order Processing Times and Shipment Tracking

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Your order will be shipped from our distribution center in Jyväskylä, Finland. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number or link in your email, so you can follow your order every step of the way! 

Once your order is on its way, it is in the hands of our shipping partners. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay in scanning your package, so it might not appear in their system right away, even though it has already left our warehouse. If this happens, please allow an additional 1-2 days for the tracking to update.

 

Damaged Items Policy

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives safely, but we understand that sometimes things can go wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry—we're here to help!

What to do if your item is damaged:

  1. Contact us promptly: Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. You can email us at support@rauhacrafts.com with the subject line “Damaged Item – Order # [your order number].”
  2. Provide details: Kindly include a brief description of the damage along with photos of the item and the packaging. This will help us assess the situation quickly.
  3. Resolution: Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll work with you to either send a replacement for the damaged item (if available), or issue a refund.

 

Automatically Returned Orders

Why orders may be returned:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or cannot be delivered to, the package may be sent back to us.
  • Failed delivery attempts: Most shipping providers will attempt delivery multiple times. If they are unable to deliver after several attempts, the package may be returned.
  • Unclaimed packages: If a package isn’t collected from the pickup point within the specified time, it will be automatically returned.

What happens next:

  • Contact us: If your order has been returned to us, we will notify you as soon as we receive it and work with you to arrange re-shipping.
  • Additional shipping costs: For reshipping the package, additional shipping fees may apply, as we will need to cover the courier's Return to Sender (RTS) fee and the cost of sending it again.

Refunds for returned orders:

  • If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we will process it as soon as the package returns to our warehouse, deducting the original shipping cost and the courier's Return to Sender (RTS) fee.

How to avoid returns:

  • Double-check your shipping address when placing your order to ensure it’s accurate.
  • Keep an eye on tracking updates to make sure your package is received or picked up in time.
