Do my points expire?
No, at the moment your points do not expire. If this policy changes, you will be notified by email before any points expiry takes effect.
How do I see my points?
Log in to your account and open the Rewards panel (look for the Rewards button - a small floating icon on our website). Your points balance and available rewards will be displayed there.
Can I use a coupon and a reward at the same time?
Our system allows one coupon code per order. You can use your Rewards Club coupons just like any other discount code at checkout.
I referred a friend but didn't get my reward yet.
Your referral reward is issued after your friend completes their first purchase using your referral link. If your friend has made a purchase but you haven’t received your reward, please contact us for assistance.
What if my friend cancels their order?
If your friend cancels or returns their first order, the referral reward will be voided or removed from your account, as rewards are only valid for completed purchases.
